USING YOUR PASS
When can I use my pass?
You can use the pass for one session only of the specified film, while the film is showing in cinemas. Valid even with “No Free Tickets” restrictions.
How many tickets are there per pass?
You will be entitled to TWO (2) tickets per pass for one session only of the film (Check the Classification).
Restrictions on pass use in Australia:

· Valid even with “No Free Tickets” restriction. Not valid on cinema discount days, Saturdays after 5pm or Public Holidays.
· Not valid with any other offer.
· Not valid at Village Cinemas for Gold Class, 4DX or special events.
· Not valid for Special Events and screenings, Gold Class, V-Max, 4DX, Boutique, IMAX Sydney, Event Junior or Premium and Recline seating concepts at EVENT Cinemas, Greater Union, BCC and GU Film House Special Events.
· Not valid at Moonlight Cinemas or Skyline Drive Ins. Not valid at HOYTS Xtremescreen, HOYTS DBOX, HOYTS LUX, Hoyts Special Events.
· Not valid at Reading Cinemas Gold Lounge, Premium, Titan XC, Titan Luxe or Special Events.
· Not valid at Luna Palace Cinemas.

Can I use my pass for Premium Seating Offers?
No, these passes are not valid for Special Screenings, Premium Seating Offers or equivalent sessions. Please refer to the information on the pass provided or see above.
What film can I use my pass on?
Each pass can only be used on the film specified on the pass. Each pass will clearly indicate this with the name and artwork for the film.
Can I exchange my pass for another film?
No, a pass cannot be exchanged for another film. Each pass is only valid for the specified film. No exchanges or refunds will be given.
I can no longer attend my session. What can I do?
Please contact the cinema you were attending to organise an exchange to a different session. You may only be able to swap to a different session of the same film prior to your original session beginning.
REDEMPTION PROCESS
Passes can be redeemed in person at a participating cinema’s box office or website*. Instructions for redeeming your tickets can also be found on the bottom of the pass.
How do I redeem in person?
1. Save or print out your pass
2. Visit the box office of a participating cinema
3. Select session and show your pass to staff to scan each unique bar code
NOTE: Your pass does not allow for direct access into the cinema. Once redeemed at the box office, the ticket office staff will provide you with tickets that grants you access to the session.
How do I redeem online?
1. Online redemptions valid at Event Cinemas only. Visit Event Cinemas' website
2. Select session and seats
3. At checkout, when prompted for a voucher/code, enter the full barcode (featuring the letters ‘VPASSMX’ and numbers 0-9), and corresponding pin.^
^Cinema booking fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Online booking processes are at Event Cinemas' discretion and are subject to change.
Why are there online booking fees?
If online booking fees apply, these are charged by Event Cinemas not by Universal Pictures. The online booking fees are at the discretion of Event Cinemas.
I lost my pass, what can I do?
If you have misplaced your pass in your emails, a replacement pass with the same barcode can be requested by emailing:
· For Australia: pass-au@nbcuni.com
· For New Zealand: pass-nz@nbcuni.com
NOTE: Only a replacement pass with the same barcode will be re-issued. No additional passes can be requested through this service.
